The Context

We are a consultancy specializing in remote collaborative project management: complex projects, projects across multiple geographies and/or cultures. We help the project teams build a collaborative environment based on common landmarks, well identified and shared between the stakeholders.

Our customers range from small companies working with a myriad of external partners, to medium-sized high-growth businesses, and to multinational corporations.

The Challenge

The whole point with remote collaboration is to succeed in maintaining focus and motion within the group, despite local issues (emergencies, hierarchy, ...), timezones and cultural differences.

The Solution

Standard collaborative platforms are made to fulfill this need, at least theoretically. However, their major limitation is that they do not make interactions easier, rather the opposite. They don't create collaboration habits that last over time, and they only collect a small part of the shared knowledge.
